I was given the task of creating a friendly local restaurant and bar. Coming up with the theme was my first priority. Once this was done working on how to achieve that theme came next. I needed to source fittings and interiors that reflected the owner’s vision. I achieved this by using raw materials and second hand fittings, for example the crayfish pot, which I transformed into a light, and leather belts for the seating.
The project involved starting from scratch and totally gutting the interior of an existing rundown restaurant.

Deborah did a fabulous job with the complete refit of The Fat Farmer restaurant and bar. When we purchased the building it was a rundown restaurant in desperate need of a total makeover. This meant gutting the building and starting from scratch. Deborah came up with a theme for the restaurant, that we were very happy to run with. She delivered on all fronts! She project managed the entire project adding the trademark qualities she is renowned for… attention to detail, creative flair and sourcing product.
